Grenada cannot be pure or stay pure without optimal social development, and that requires effective parenting skills that nurture optimal neurodevelopment.
The Saving Brains Project in Grenada is a partnership between the Ministry of Social Development, the Windward Island Research Foundation (WINDREF) at St. George’s University, and funded by Grand Challenges Canada. Several GHTA Members have participated in transformative 8 week courses in Conscious Discipline, and believe this project is already changing lives. The program works with teachers, social workers, and people in their homes to help them learn and teach better ways of thinking, being, living and ultimately parenting our children.
Information about this program can be found on the Saving Brains website.
